Workshop Refunds:
Due to the limited enrollment and the special nature of our workshops, the workshops are non-refundable. If you let us know at least 72 hours in advance, we can provide you with a store gift card that can be used for other workshops or products either in-store, or on-line.
Please email us with any early workshop cancellation requests.
Last Minute Cancellations:
We are unable to accommodate any cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. If you cancel, the workshop is non-refundable or you can send someone in your place.
Workshops Begin Promptly:
Workshops begin at their scheduled time. It's important for you to get the most out of our workshops. If you are running late, we may not be able to get you caught up while teaching everyone else in the workshop.

Gift cards can be used for workshops when you register online or in the store.
Minimum Enrollment:
Four students are required for most workshops to meet, the details are in the workshop description. If a workshop does not meet the minimum within 48 hours of the workshop date, we will remove the workshop from the calendar, contact the people enrolled and issue a full refund.
Workshop Materials:
It is an expectation that workshop materials are purchased prior to the workshop start time. A complete list of all materials/instructions are emailed to you once you have signed up for the workshop. If you have not received the supply list, call or email the Textile Studio.
