Shipping Policy

• We ship by USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance up to $50 value, if additional insurance is requested contact us prior to completing your purchase.
• Orders received by noon (CST) will usually be sent out the same day, with the exception of Saturday and Sunday orders which will be shipped on Monday.
• On Federal Holidays when the Post Office is closed, shipping will be completed on the following business day.
• For shipping outside of the contiguous United States, please call or email prior to completing purchase; we will need to determine actual shipping cost.
• If you prefer to ship via UPS or by First Class Mail, call us prior to completing purchase; we will need to determine actual shipping cost and can complete the sale over the phone with a credit card payment.
• Shipping cost will be determined prior to tax, discounts and/or credit applied.
• All purchases within Texas will be charged the appropriate state sales tax.
• If you want to pick up your purchase directly from the Textile Studio, call prior to completing your order; we can complete the sale over the phone with a credit card payment and will hold your purchase at the Studio for up to 30 days.
• Postage/shipping is not refundable on returns.
