Hello!

I am sending this email to you as you signed up to participate in our 3rd Annual Ugly Fabric Quilt Contest, and September is next week already! The Fall Frolic Shop Hop is September 26-28 and that's when customers will be voting on their favorite "Ugly Fabric Quilt".

If you've already turned in your quilt, thank you!

If you're still working on it, yea!!! Quilts are to be finished (backing, batting, quilting, binding) if they are to be in the "voting category". Unfinished quilts can be displayed as space allows, but not eligible for voting.

We would like to have quilts here by Saturday, September 6th. If you can't make that date, the very last we will accept is Monday, September 16th. We plan on hanging the quilts sometime that week.

If you no longer have the form that needs to accompany your quilt, let me know and I'll email it to you, or we will have copies at the Studio. When you turn in your quilt please bring it in a pillowcase or bag (and please have your name pinned/stapled/attached to the pillowcase or bag also).

If you have decided not to participate, please let me know.

And when you bring in your finished quilt, don't forget to pick up your free FQ!
